Had already submitted an ECF to FedLoan in April. I resubmitted it to Mohela on July 1. My counts in Mohela are still 0. My counts in Fed Loan had been 121 on some loans and 110-ish on others. Mohela showed my ECF as “processed” on a few weeks ago, but I called and apparently that just means my employer has been approved.
