Extremely disappointed with tradovate. Now their platform is unreliable, often freezing at crucial trading moments, leading to unnecessary losses. Customer service is a nightmare - unresponsive and unhelpful, making a stressful situation even worse. I've switched to FXmp for a more stable and supportive experience.

Ninja trader bought Tradovate last year and seems to be in the process of integrating the two platforms. Since the buyout Tradovate has had an increase in crashes, glitches, and a general feeling of instability to me (like screen blinking). The latest big crash was right when JPow started testifying a couple weeks ago.Honestly if your looking for orderflow tools, Quantower, Ninjatrader, and Jigsaw is best. Trading view doesn't have the tools that the other platforms have for trading. Only benefit of tradingview is the load of custom indicators, and coding language they have for it. Personally I use Ninjatrader, which I recommend to everyone.
