Roughly 1 out of 3 raids Tagilla is there. They get in, drop Tagilla for his decent gear, and dip. It's all within a minute or so. It's like old Killa farming but even faster, yet worse gear.Both in Shturmans backpack. Both of them by my 11th kill. I can't speak for spawn rate but i'd recommend hunting him for a few days! Edit: I'm only at like 19 kills total now, haven't been there for awhile. Fully aware i got extremely lucky but it seems to be a good place to start. 50/50 it either spawns or it doesn't.

I believe it's in the server folder, but there is a line of text that dictates boss spawn rates on a particular map. You can just change that too 100% no mod needed

I intentionally made Tagilla spawn about 3-9 minutes into a raid in Factory since boss bots cause other bots to not spawn. When a boss bot spawns it locks the spawn zone so that no other bots spawn until the boss is killed and then other bots will be able start spawning again.
