Bought my C308 used in New condition right after Christmas 2015. CETME foregrip, fire control group and bolt/carrier assembly. Lower grip is G3 Navy. Upper is certainly PTR manufacture as is barrel. Muzzle brake is 'Chevron'/Century proprietary in 5/8x24. This Brake seems to work very well. Sights are CETME as is the bayonet lug.The most recent CAI take on the CETME rifle is the C308. These are composed of original Spanish demilled parts kits and PTR built Receivers. They are also outfitted with welded-on picatinny top rail and a more modern polymer grip module/fcg. You can get them with polymer or classic wood furniture.
