So far in both my CVA Optima V2 and my son's Wolf we've shot both Harvester crush rib & smooth black sabots, T/C Superglide sabots, Hornady sabots that come with SST hi-speed low drag, and Hornady .44/.50 & .45/.50 sabots. Well, I ordered and received both a CVA Optima V2 (camo stock & forearm, nitride barrel, scope rail), AND a CVA Wolf (camo stock & forearm, nitride barrel, fiber optic sights). I've never even shot a muzzle loader, and now I own two. I've got a LOT of work ahead of me before the 2020 deer season opens. But I also have a lot of time.The major discernible difference that we could determine was that the Accura V2 models feature a Bergara-branded barrel, while the Optima V2 has a “regular” CVA barrel.

The Wolf does have a Bergara barrel. It's the same barrel the Optima has, but shorter. The Impact does not have a GM barrel. It is the same as the Omega barrel though. I used to have a Wolf, and it was very accurate. No problems at all with it. Never owned an Impact, but did have an Omega. I didn't like the one I had, but it's a popular gun.

accuracy wise, both are equal. The CVA however will do the best out of the group when it comes to shooting conicals. Open sights on the Optima are also another thumbs up. My omega i had to squish my face down on the stock. Still ended up shooting 8" high at 50 yards with the sight bottomed out.
