A regular fence frame has 12.000 HP. In the base game 5 grenades will take down the frames. 12/5 = 2.4. So a grenade does around 2.400 damage to a wall. It does not matter whether you equip a wall with wooden panels which have 16.000 HP or Metal which has 21.000.
