Dolphin Poipu is a sushi seafood restaurant in the high end tourist restaurant/shopping area in Poipu. We sat outside on the patio. The hostess was ok, was not entirely happy I wanted to move the 5th seat chair to the other side of table so people wouldn't have to keep walking around the 5th seat at the end of 4 person table.
