Didn't particularly care about their employees. And obviously the company has very strong beliefs as a whole. You hear about Hobby Lobby in the news from time to time and it's never anything good. They hire at a higher rate (I think full timers start at $17 an hour, part timers way less but more than Michael's starts at).
