With the Season of the Update worthy, Destiny 2 publisher, Bungie, has announced that players can no longer purchase Bright Engrams from the Eververse Store with cash. However, Bright Engrams will still be available in Season 10 for all players who upgrade the Season Pass free track.
They removed XP throttling, triple XP for your first 3 engrams each week in each character, increased Bright Dust earned from dismantles, event items on a knockout list, Prismatic Matrix as bad luck protection and have shifted to selling direct purchase items over RNG engrams.

And until now the best gear i get is from doing random events, im slowly climbing up the power. all engrams i have could open have just been 1100 power wich is useless, since im above 1270.
