FRER are notorious for these lines! It’s honestly really frustrating as some will progress to BFP and others won’t. I’m in the same boat right now, last year I had several false positives from FRER - I was not pregnant. This year, I have had one with a very very faint line. Not holding my breath at all haha. Conception. Frers have indent lines already before you use them are visible. All the Frer's seem to have a visible indent line before you test. You can literally see it.
