Well this issue started in December right after purchase of my 1st Jeep. Radiator sprung a leak in the Plastic tank on top. Started overheating while setting the timing a month or so back, replaced thermostat, water pump & the fan clutch, it still overheats at an idle but only after 15 or 20 minutes. I'm thinking of replacing the thermostat with a 185 currently it has a 195 in it.

A properly working fan will turn about 3-5 turns if it is properly working. Started to overheat after a trip to an ORV park but I washed the radiator out and its pretty clean on the outside. Also drained and refilled the system completely.That is not normal!!!!!
