M1811 grip mod.

Wilson grip module compatibility x300u. Looking to upgrade to a Wilson Grip Module (carry, manual) on a M18 and curious to hear if anyone has successfully mounted a surefire x300u. There have been some posts speculating that the x300a doesnt fit but the x300b does. WC's compatibility chart seems to suggest that either will fit with the "p" mount.Absolutely some of the best customer service and innovation. The slide options look amazing and the geo ported bull barrel is very accurate. Combined with a 11 lbs spring and Brouwer Solutions m1811 grip module made it the softest shooter with minimal muzzle rise. Adding 150gr ammo to the mix just made it ridiculously low recoil.If you are @sigsauerinc p320 fan like me. I really want WC to make an aluminum version of their module. It is an exceptional module and feels great in the hand. I've built two P320s using their Carry II module, full length 17 grip but flush with the 3.6" slide. The short length slide with the full length grip gives it a 1911 commander type of feel.

It's super comfortable man i would recommend it 100%. Love the m1811, if you're familiar with 1911 grip with the straight feel, with no curves this is just like that but polymer. SIG changed the angle with the X-series grips from the original module (current M17/M18 grip) and Wilson/axg copied it. The original points exactly like a 226, and a 1911.The grip helps me point and come up on target faster than the Wilson module since the angle is closer to a 1911. Height over bore has never been an issue on any firearm so I cannot speak to that. I'm used to 1911s. Texture it is gripper than the Wilson on the front and backstrap. Wilson is smoother.

It makes the P320 and M17/M18 feel like pseudo 2011s. It's a bit of a different grip than the standard one, but it makes the bore axis issues better in addition to arguably providing a better grip style.
