Shifted in and out of reverse a couple times and turned the car on/off, still happens everytime. Before I call my insurance company, is there a setting somewhere the tech may have turned off? Something is not right. Eyesight can be fussy about lighting, dust, condensation etc but it should be occasionally off, not frequently. Your dealer should do a full recalibration as a minimum. If they won't, try another dealer or call SOA and explain the issue.

RAB issue! So I just got my brand new 2020 subaru Ascent. I have had it for about 2 months no issues till now. So I just backed out from an empty parking lot no cars around at 711 and my RAB sensor went off beeped yellow on the screen and breaked it self. If the system was triggered normally (brakes kicked in) then when you put it in drive, the system should reset. If is disabled in drive, it means the RAB has malfunctioned.
