Just pop the pin out with a punch, tilt and slide the magwell on and replace the pin. Done. Here is a picture of it installed. Fits great, I recommend it.

I stock piled the original AE147gr with a very short and truncated bullet. It has been replaced maybe 8 years ago with a longer bullet. It was great in plastic pistols and choked my clone MP5K-PDW (went back to Zenith and they adjusted the magwell).
