When I try to close the passenger side window by lifting the power switch, it goes all the way up then bounces back to halfway shut (or open - take your pick). It won't move up again until I move it down after which i can incrementally move it up until it closes.

One time you do get it down, spray some silicon spray onto a rag and give the rubbers a wipe and the top of the window, see if that makes a difference. As the title says, the switch to control the front passenger window from the driver side has suddenly stopped working. I can still control the passenger window from the passenger door switch. Roll the driver's window halfway down. Pull the driver's window switch up and continue holding it up for a few seconds after it's fully closed. Repeat for the passenger window from the passenger's seat. Done!
Strange Power Window Problem. Today I noticed that I cannot control the passenger-front or driver-rear windows from the driver's control panel. The other two windows work fine -- it's just those two. And the two problematic windows work fine with their own controls (i.e., the ones located on their respective doors.)

If it still not working then it should be the motor relay switch or your power window motor. I had same problem too, check all wiring and there's power to the windows, send back to the agent & found that the motor relay switch died. Replacement cost was S$240+. Next roll it back up and again hold it up for 3 seconds or so. This resets/programs the window then the driver side button should work. It freaked me out, until I figured it out...Remove the master switch panel from the door (again). With the connectors removed, locate connector D7, which is a rectangular connector with 16 pins. Connect one test lead of the meter, set to the lowest resistance scale, to a good ground on the car itself.
