If you are playing piltover you pretty much need to lose streak. If you lose streak zero should always get perfect items. Piltover is just 4 gunners ( no azir or jarvan) and really you should blow your load around 30 hp because you will lose a random matchup to positioning. Such as a zed/kat player or enemy yasuo.
