There are 4 to 5 separated pools for you to pick. The water slides are fun. We paid less than $300 a night including taxes and $25 a night resort fee. The room is ok just like a regular 3 to 4 stars hotel room, but the pools are worth the money. Con: Every room need to pay $25 a night resort fee.

The Westin is in the middle of everything, great location. Westin has just finished a huge renovation and should feel “newer”. Westin beach is a lot better.Convenient for shopping and restaurant options. We, too, are active seniors and love the place. May should be perfect for your stay. We were just there for 2 weeks last Sept/Oct. There is nothing wrong with the Hyatt, just prefer the Westin's location. Better beach as well.
